School Committee · Meeting of March 10, 2026

Weston enrichment fund approves eight school grants totaling $10,889. The Weston Education Enrichment Fund Committee Board, chaired by Taylor McIntire, unanimously approved the grants on March 10, with board member Jessie Chan abstaining. The board deferred a ninth grant for a grand piano at Weston High School auditorium, citing engagement difficulties with piano fundraiser coordinator Chris Memoli, and will revisit the proposal in April.

Board Treasurer Cassie Bordeau reported WEEFC has raised $141,000 year to date, including approximately $2,000 from the Field School Art Show. The fund has allocated $75,000 of its annual grant budget, leaving approximately $65,000 for the remainder of the year.
