Weston Conservation Commission approves patio project with landscaping and wildlife conditions. The Commission voted unanimously to issue a Negative 3 Determination of Applicability for a 520 Glen Road patio and landscaping project by J. Carrillo and M.
Cardenas, requiring the applicants to submit a final landscaping plan with native, non-invasive plantings and to minimize nighttime lighting. Engineering Design Consultants presented the plan for approximately 1,000 square feet of permeable paving. The Commission also unanimously approved Partial and full Certificates of Compliance for 452 Glen Road and 416 Conant Road.
