Weston Traffic Committee backs parking restrictions on Indian Hill Road and Winthrop Circle. The committee voted unanimously to recommend signage restricting parking on Indian Hill Road between the Cat Rock gate and Bay State Road, and on Winthrop Circle, to address long-standing problems with trail users parking on residential roads. The town is moving forward with a six-to-eight car parking lot at the end of Indian Hill Road, with the Select Board set to consider funding at its March 24 meeting.
Signage would be implemented on the same timeline as the parking lot construction, expected to take approximately one month after approval.
