Commission approves pool project with wetland buffer safeguards

Weston Conservation Commission approves pool project in sensitive wetland buffer zone. Chair Rees Tulloss and three other members unanimously approved an Order of Conditions for the 144 Beaver Road project, which includes a pool, pool house, equipment pad, and stormwater improvements. The project will proceed with mitigation measures including native plantings and invasive Japanese Knotweed management within the 100-foot buffer zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
The Commission also issued four Certificates of Compliance for completed projects and continued a resource delineation hearing to August 4.
